Look what we can do for our Village...together
The Lluidas Vale Annual Picnic was a heartwarming success, bringing together families and friends for a day filled with laughter, connection, and celebration. Taking place on a perfect sunny summer’s day, the event was a vibrant reflection of the community’s spirit. It was a day to reconnect with friends and family and enjoy some good food. A big thank you to all the committee members who made this possible as well as the non-committee members who donated food and funds.
Please find additional picnic photos in the album HERE.
Just a reminder that membership fees are due for the year. They are $30. If you have guests coming to the picnic they should know that LVRDF raises funds at our picnic in particular by collecting membership dues ($30 for the year), raffle ticket sales and donations. If attending the picnic, please make a donation at the park, buy a few raffle tickets or e-transfer to carl.beharie@gmail.com - please include your name in the e-transfer notes so we can know who donated for participation in the park activities.

We wish all Lluidas Vale Primary School Class of 2023 graduates all the best in their pursuits. “From ordinary to extraordinary “. We are proud of you! Congratulations to the students, teachers, parents, committee members and many blessings to the principal, Mr. Courtney Morgan.
I know I am late with my annual report (2019). This year 2020 is so devastating with this pandemic, that most aspect of daily living has been affected.
In-spite of all this disruption our organization was able to full fill our annual mandate, which is helping residents in our beloved Village community of Lluidas Vale.
Our annual two fundraising ventures were successful as in past years.
Because of our dedicated members, and committee members we were able to raise some much needed funds from the Picnic, the fall dance, members dues and donations from some members and other supporters.
Our annual charity support for 2019 include achievements such as:
• Our annual Christmas treat
• Herby’s annual financial care support
• Bereavement supports
• Student scholarship financial support
• Brassington Basic school supplies
• Food for the Poor
• Other donations and gifts
Again, thanks to our hardworking committee members, and support from the many
donors, members and friends of Lluidas Vale.
The commitment and dedication to giving back to our community is unwavering among our members. We will continue to support the Village its schools, community events and most importantly the residents who are in need.
As President, I am privileged to serve and remain passionate and committed to our cause of helping our Village.
Yours respectfully,
Tim
